Worked for Company 'A' on CPT/OPT for more than a year. Company 'A' filed h1b. Before h1b got approved, contract ended with client associated with Company 'A' . 
Through Email, Company 'A' said I am no more associated with them anymore and I am good to join other company. Will get my last paycheck through company A on 1/11/2013. 
However, on 1/7/2013 h1b approved. 
Got offer from company B on 1/9/2013. 
Can I transfer my h1b to company B now.? 
Will last 3 paystubs (on CPT - from dec 2012 till 1/11/2013, (i used to be paid semi-monthly)) from Company A  before h1b was approved will work or must have paystubs on h1 status with Company A which is now not possible as I am no more associated with Company A. 
Relevant answer will be highly appreciated.

There is no such thing called "h1b transfer" unless you have already filed I-485 & pending, in your case its obivious you havent !! Good luck !!!

 If you just got your h1 from company A, I think you need to wait for 3 months before you can transfer your h1 to company B. 
I am not 100 % sure though. But I think you can have mulitple h1s . You can ask your company B to file your h1.

 @soul_survivor  You can transfer your h1b from company A to company B.

To understand more precisely and accurately the term h1b transfer is used instead of the term  filing new h1b with new company.

such a weird answer dude. but thank anyways. how could i wait for 3 months with company 'A' . As per my understanding, you must have job when you are on h1b. If you wait that much time you are out of status.
