Marketing Assistant Job Purpose: Accomplishes business and development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities, implementing innovative marketing strategies and assigning our hard working and talented resources to the clients.
Marketing Assistant Job Duties:
路 Updates job knowledge and openings by participating in educational opportunities; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations and job fairs.
路 Assist the team in recruiting new talents, counselling and monitoring employees.
路 Communicating job expectations to our employees and leading them to our clients.
路 Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
路 Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Requirements:
路 Strong interpersonal skills
路 Highly motivated and organized.
路 People management skills.
路 Market Analysis abilities
路 Previous marketing experience preferred.
路 Bachelor鈥檚 degree in marketing communications or business preferred but not required.
