Thanks. I have applied for tps.It wil take 2,3 months for new passport. I might be in problems in between the tps process. What is the best option? Passport will expire in next month.

Wait until ur TPS is approved . You can renew ur passport even if it has expired.

Not sure where you are but if you go to New York Consulate they will return your passport after verification.

Nepal Embassy never send your old passport to Nepal for new MRP. so if you need old passport, call embassy and talk to them.
