Hi everyone
I have a doubt that can I travel outside USA territory with TPS advance parole and come back to after certain visit. It may be India or Nepal While my asylum case is pending.
So far, is there anyone who travel with TPS advance parole and asylum case pending in USCIS and easily came back without headeche in immigration during arrival time?

Pending asylum is not out of status and TPS gives you a temporary status so I have seen couple of friends who traveled Nepal and India and came back to USA without any hegisatition an immigration.

If your asylum is pending, you may travel with tps ap with no hassles. If you have claimed to be persecuted in Nepal, you shouldn't travel to Nepal.

I would suggest not to travel while on TPS before Oct 21. Wait for further notice by USCIS about its renewal.
