Room available from July 1st in a 2 Bdr 1 BATH APT in El sobrante CA. 12-15 minutes drive to Orinda bart station or el cerrito bart station is about a 12 min drive as well. Rent will be 900 + 500 deposit. There's a washer and dryer inside the apt as well. You will have your own bedroom , we have a huge living room and a balcony and are welcome to use the kitchen as well. We are a easy going couple and are out most of the days working or out with friends.
We allow dogs.
Smokers are also welcome as long as its in the balcony .
