Could anyone tell me how Bemidji State University is? I hear international students pay in-state tuition here. On top of that, you pay for only 12 credits but you can take upto 24 credits per semester. Any suggestion would be helpful. Thank you

yeah, every state college in minnesota offers instate tuition to international students. that's why there are mar-a-mar nepali students in minnesota
