If that were to happen, it would be contrary to the spirit of democracy. I wouldn't be surprised if they were regulated, which I think might not be such a bad thing, but to outlaw them could backfire on the parties. Also, a separate Limbuwan is as much a pipe dream as an autonomous Madesh at this time. There are too many dream merchants in both movements who may have got the problem right but have got the solution wrong. My 2 cents.
